• An interval of once a day, with a standard or extended grace period.
• Two or three safety contacts, with a primary contact if you want one person to coordinate.
• A note with anything helpful, such as where a spare key is.
• A vault message if you want something delivered after a long silence.

No wearable, no sensors in the hallway, nothing listening.
