Chillswitch Help Center
Chillswitch is a voluntary check-in app for iPhone and Android. You press and hold one switch on a schedule you choose. If you stop, the people you picked as safety contacts are told, in the order and with the details you set. This Help Center explains every feature the app offers today, step by step.

Important
Chillswitch is not an emergency service. It does not call 911 or any emergency number, and nobody monitors it. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first. A missed check-in only means Chillswitch has not heard from you; it does not mean you are in danger.
