Invite code didn't work

Most failed codes are expired, already used, or only partly copied.

Checklist

1. Copy the whole line. Paste the entire message, including the long part after the code. A code and its link belong together.
2. Check it has not expired. Invitation codes last 72 hours.
3. Check whether it was used. A personal code works once. A shared QR code works until its uses run out.
4. After installing the app, tap the link again. On some phones the link first opens a page. Install from your store, then tap the same link again, or paste the code in Settings > Enter an invite code.
5. Scan instead. Choose Scan a QR code invite and point the camera at the square.
6. Ask for a new code. The inviter can send another.

If you are the inviter

The group list may be full, counting codes nobody has used yet. A larger plan holds more people. You can cancel a pending invite and invite again.
