Alert delivery status
Settings > Alert delivery shows recent notices sent to your safety contacts. To protect contact privacy, individual recipient names and phone numbers are not shown.
Kinds of notice
- Check-in warning
- Missed check-in alert
- Distress alert
- All-clear notice
States
State | Meaning |
|---|---|
Delivered | The notice was sent. |
Waiting to send | Queued. |
Failed (retrying) | The system will try again. |
Undeliverable | For example, the recipient has no registered device, or their phone no longer accepts notifications (the app may have been removed). |
Delivery failed | Attempts were exhausted. |
Each row shows its escalation step ("Escalation step 2" or "All contacts").
If a notice failed
Ask the contact to open Chillswitch and allow notifications, and check the safety net.
