Redeem a code
Open Plans and choose "Someone gave me a code." Enter the code and tap Apply code.
The kinds of code
Code starts with | What it does |
|---|---|
SEAT | Puts your plan on somebody else's bill. You can leave at any time, and they still cannot see anything about you. |
COMP | Grants a plan on your own account for a while. It is not billed through your app store. |
ORG | Activates an organization plan, issued after a contract or an approved request. |
The field accepts mixed case, spaces, and lookalike characters (such as O for 0).
If a code fails
"That code didn't work. It may have been used already or run out; ask for a new one."
